About
You deal directly with the lawyer handling your file
I have been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2023, and I practise on my own. There is no intake layer: the person you explain your situation to on the first call is the person who works on your file.
I hold a law degree from the Université de Montréal, and I served as in-house legal counsel at Sodexo and at Aegis FM before and during the development of my private practice. That means I've seen how organizations approach a dispute from the other side of the table — useful when the party across from you is an insurer, a commercial landlord, or a supplier.
What I don't handle
Better to say so now than to waste a call. I don't take mandates in the following areas:
- Criminal and penal law
- Family law (divorce, custody, support)
- Tax law
- Immigration
- Class actions
