The practice is run solo, and that is deliberate. The person you speak to on the first call is the person who will know your file from beginning to end. Nothing gets lost in the handoff between one person and another.
You will also know from the outset what is realistic. Some files are worth pursuing, some would cost more to run than they could ever recover, and others are resolved with a well-constructed letter. You deserve to know which one yours is before committing to anything.
